   • Built a JWT-based embed token system for securely embedding charts in third-party applications, implementing origin validation, CORS configuration, and role-based authentication filters across the omni-reporting stack
   • Developed a warehouse graphical location designer with an interactive grid-based UI, enabling warehouse managers to visually map and edit floor footprints with coordinate upsert APIs on the backend
   • Integrated Microsoft OAuth2 authentication into the Increff account service, adding token handling, user session management, and a dedicated controller for third-party SSO login flows
   • Extended the WMS picking workflow with UOM (Unit of Measure) and bundled SKU support, enriching order item data flows and updating ledger notifications with structured definitions
   • Built a dynamic chart fetching system with multi-tenant ClickHouse support, enabling organizations to connect up to 3 simultaneous database connections and fetch charts dynamically by configuration
   • Implemented an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server for WMS, enabling AI assistants like Claude and Cursor to query warehouse data through natural language, with Docker-based testing support
   • Added date range validation, error handling, and fallback insert logic to the OLAP analytics service, improving reliability of bulk audit and raw event writes to ClickHouse
